When you schedule your car for repair, you are given an estimated date of completion. During the repair process, one of our staff members will call you with updates on the progress of your vehicle. If an insurance company is involved, our staff will serve as your liaison.

Color match is a top concern for people who are having their cars repaired. We use a high-quality paint by BASF Paint and color match on-site using a computerized system. This helps shorten the amount of time your vehicle is down and ensures an invisible repair.

Detail & Delivery

Our detailing technicians will thoroughly clean the exterior of your vehicle. Before delivery, the vehicle undergoes a final inspection. When you receive your vehicle, you can expect to see a professionally repaired vehicle.

    A: We start with a visual estimate of your vehicle. We then disassemble your vehicle to make sure that we are aware of all hidden damages. The necessary parts to repair the vehicle back to manufacturers specifications are ordered. The repair process begins and the necessary parts are painted in our state of the art downdraft spray booth. We then reassemble the vehicle back to industry standards, and prepare it for the final inspection process.

    A: Based on the repairs needed, we can give you an approximate timeline for the completion of your vehicle when it is brought in.

  • Q: Do we supply a rental car?

    A: We work very closely with a local car rental company to insure that each customer will have a rental car supplied.

    A: Yes the paint will match to the factory specifications. We use a computerized paint system designed to insure each individual color will match. Our technicians are highly trained on this system.
